Gindara Sablefish is raised in the oceanic waters of Kyuquout Sound, British Columbia. Our locally-owned farm works in partnership with the Kyuquot-Checleseht (Ka:’yu:’k’t’h’/Che:k:tles7et’h’) First Nations to raise a premium fish whose quality and taste is a result of aquaculture done right. We believe in a clean fish, so we hand-raise Gindara Sablefish from egg to ocean, as a native species in their natural environment.
